My Approach

I believe all organizations (and the people in them) have strengths – incredible strengths.  They have had successes even if they are currently struggling.  Shifting how we think about our challenges and problems to solve is the first step in moving forward into success.  

To that end I created the SPOT Approach to assessing how to move forward to achieving goals and moving forward.
